Alone is one of the most important songs on the album as it combines all the concepts the album talks about into one song.

It is one of the saddest on the album, but with the realisation of becoming pregnant, that adds to the positive outcome of all the previous heartache and mental, physical and emotional struggles in life.

It was also one of the first times jamming the song with a band at VIBRATIONS STUDIOS, so I incorporated the recording of the jam into the final mix.

At the studio I was crying as I still felt alone, even though I was doing something I had always dreamed of but never thought I would make it

that far/stay alive to see that happen with my own eyes.
