HOLLOW is also about the aftermath of a suicide attempt. This wasn’t like previous ones, this time I really didn’t care anymore I just wanted everything to go away. The pain, the stress, the worthlessness I felt in myself.

 

I survived, but I felt it was unfortunate. Hence why I am speaking from the perspective of being in purgatory (already dead, but stuck not able to pass on).

 

The ‘HALL OF HOLLOW SOULS’ represents everyone I know who has died and I am talking from a sense that I am now in that same realm. In reality, I am in pain and tired emotionally, physically and mentally to the point I don’t want to live anymore and accept my own death. But I also accept that I do need help, and if I don’t get help I really will die. So remembering the people who have died helps me to be grateful that I am still alive. But inevitably we all end up in the same place no matter how we go.
