This song was written and recorded at home mid-2025. It talks about similar topics to 'SOUL', but it was written at a time before I became pregnant when I was drinking a lot.

 

I was suffering with extreme paranoia at the time and was diagnosed with Psychosis. The suicidal ideations and dissociation started to creep up on me again, but at the time I was oblivious to this.

 

I knew something was wrong and was the first time discussing hearing voices with my doc. It was a hard conversation but I am glad I did it now I look back, as now I am getting the support I need.
