I wrote and recorded this song before I ended up in hospital due to a suicide attempt in 2025. At the time I didn’t realise I actually felt like that. I was just subconsciously creating.

 

It talks about dying from suicide and someone having to scatter your ashes once you are no longer. It looks into the questioning of why you feel like that in the first place.

 

Heartbreak and lost relationships is the key, and sometimes you just have to let go of the past to stay alive. Even though you are consumed with wanting to die, you still try to hold onto the love even if it is not genuine.

 

HOLYVEXY is a very inspirational artist to me, and at the time when he sent me this beat it was one of the only things holding me together. I knew even if I felt like dying, I couldn’t die until this song was finished. Maybe things are put in place like this acting like a mission for you on a universal level, to keep you here...
